ELN: Publishing or Retracting a Single Page
Publishing (or retracting) an ELN page refers to making the overall contents, annotations, and associated files for a given page available (or unavailable) for view/access in the LIMS Data Viewer and API by the public. In other words: if you publish, your data is now “out” in the world and available for other people to access; if you retract, then your data is no longer available for others to access.
You can publish (or retract) pages individually by clicking the “Publish on LIMS/Retract Page” button in the top-right corner of your ELN page (Fig 1).

After clicking the publish (or retract) button, you will see the window from either Fig 2 (publishing) or Fig 3 (retracting) pop up on your screen. You must follow the command of the input box fully in order to execute your chosen operation.

Alternatively, you can publish all the pages in a notebook, or every page in your entire account, by going to 'Settings' in your ELN and choosing 'Publishing'. Details about that process can be found in the ELN: Bulk Publishing/Retracting page.
